The story of Ensōra started off as an idea and grew into a vision driven by a passion for matcha and Asian inspired desserts. A space where tradition meets creativity, and people can connect and share memorable experiences together.

The name combines “ensō,” the Japanese symbol for strength, balance, and unity, with “sora,” meaning sky, to enable a sense of endless possibilities.

Ensōra works directly with Japanese tea farms from Ujitawara and Wazuka in Kyoto. The farmers hand pick the young tea leaves and use shading techniques during the final weeks of growth to enhance the flavor profile. Our single origin matcha is ground to order and shipped directly from the farms, ensuring freshness and quality in every cup.
