Our Story

Ensōra was created as a place for connection, where every drink and food reflects a shared appreciation for culture and creativity.

Inspired by flavors from across Asia, we blend cafe culture with ingredients and recipes that feel familiar. From matcha and seasonal lattes to handcrafted drinks and freshly made taiyaki, each item reflects a balance of tradition and modern creativity. Our sandos, made with soft milk bread, are crafted with the same focus on comfort and Asian inspired flavors.

Our Matcha

At Ensōra, we serve ceremonial grade matcha sourced from the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Our blend of Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars creates a smooth balance of sweetness and umami. Shade grown and stone ground, the leaves retain their vibrant color and rich flavor. Uji has been celebrated for centuries as the heart of Japanese matcha, and we honor that tradition in every cup.
